As a Virtual Insurance Specialist , you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients by helping them understand their available benefits and providing exceptional service throughout the client experience.
Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
Explain products, services, and policy information clearly and professionally
Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
Build long-term client relationships through trust, professionalism, and exceptional service
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Participate in structured virtual training and mentorship
Attend leadership development workshops and coaching sessions
Stay current on products, compliance requirements, and industry best practices

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
