\n \nYour Role In One Line:
\n \nWe are looking for a Senior Content Strategist .
\n \nThis is predominantly a strategic writing role.
\n \nYou are 100% responsible for the posts that go out under your client’s name, from first idea to final publish.
\n \nYour 3 Key Responsibilities
\n \n1. End-to-End Content Ownership - 70%
\n \nYou own ideation, drafting, and revisions for your clients, start to finish. No one's holding your hand through it.
\n \nThe expectation is clear: We write content only our clients could've written, never content that could've come from anyone.
\n \nMeaning we pull ideas from calls, voice notes, podcasts, client resources - and have an eye for 1 of 1 ideas.
\n \nWhat you're measured on:
\n \n2. Maintain Client Relationship - 20%
\n \nYou also have the privilege of being the main point of contact for the accounts you manage.
\n \nThat means you will:
\n \nYour role is to over-communicate and make the client feel like a passenger princess.
\n \n3. Platform Awareness & Continuous Optimization - 10%
\n \nYou write with pattern recognition, constantly asking: “Why did this post work? Why did this one NOT work?”
\n \nYou will spend meaningful time on X (Twitter) & LinkedIn, noticing emerging formats and what’s going viral.

\nLocation: Remote
\nSchedule: Flexible, heavy overlap with EST
\nHours: 40-50/week
\nWeekends: When deadlines require it
\nCompensation: up to $100k/year
\n \nThis role isn’t for everyone. It’s tough, it’s hard work, and we have extremely high expectations.
