The role, in a nutshell: We’re looking for a highly organized and resourceful Executive Business Partner to support our CEO and VP, People.
This hybrid role is built for someone who thrives on variety: approximately 40% of your time will be spent supporting the CEO across executive business partnership and select work-adjacent personal needs, allowing them to focus on leading the company. You’ll dedicate another 30% to supporting our VP, People, including running staff meetings, coordinating offsites, and helping maintain the People team’s operating rhythm. The remaining 30% will focus on managing our New York City office. This role suits someone equally comfortable driving executive priorities, managing complex logistics, coordinating leadership meetings, and supporting day-to-day office operations. You’ll report to the Chief of Staff to the CEO, rounding out the support functions for the CEO’s office.
