The Role
The CEO / Team Leader is the growth engine of the market center. This is a leadership role focused on recruiting top talent, keeping them, and helping them build real businesses . You'll own agent count, agent productivity, and the culture that holds it all together. If you love real estate, love people, and measure yourself by the success of others, this is your seat.

What You'll Do

Recruiting (your #1 priority)

• Build and run a consistent, high-volume recruiting pipeline targeting experienced agents from competing brokerages as well as new licensees.
• Conduct daily recruiting appointments, career visions, and follow-up; hit weekly and monthly appointment and hire goals.
• Use KW Command, Smart Plans, and data tools to identify, track, and nurture prospects.
• Present the KW value proposition with confidence, including profit share, wealth building, training, and technology, and back it up with real net-income comparisons.

Retention

• Create a culture where productive agents want to stay and grow.
• Hold regular one-on-ones, business planning sessions, and mid-year strategy reviews with agents.
• Spot at-risk agents early and step in with coaching, support, and accountability.
• Recognize wins and build a sense of community across all office locations.

Coaching & Productivity

• Coach agents on lead generation, conversion, and business planning using KW models (MREA, BOLD, and the KW training curriculum).
• Deliver or facilitate training sessions and team meetings.
• Drive agent productivity through clear goals and consistent accountability.

Market Center Leadership

• Partner with the Operating Principal and MCA to hit profitability and growth targets.
• Lead the Associate Leadership Council (ALC) and support agent leadership development.
• Represent KW Blue Bell in the community and across the local industry.

What We're Looking For

• Real estate experience is required. You must have a strong track record in residential real estate as a producing agent, team leader, or brokerage leader. This is not an entry-level or out-of-industry role.
• Active Pennsylvania real estate license (or ability to obtain one quickly).
• A proven ability to recruit, whether through building a team, growing an office, or attracting agents.
• A coaching mindset: you get energy from helping others win.
• A competitive drive, strong accountability, and comfort with numbers and metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, one-on-one and in front of a room.
• Keller Williams experience not required, but will be considered a strong plus.
• Knowledge of the Montgomery County / Greater Philadelphia market is preferred.
